Amanda Taylor has a diverse range of work experience. Amanda began working as a freelancer/self-employed in 2019, where they served as a Creative Strategist, Social Media Content Creator, and Photographer. Their clients included creative agencies, startups, lifestyle brands, and influential thought-leaders. Additionally, they founded and served as the Creative Director of The Unplug Collective, a digital platform with over 65K members that aimed to revolutionize various industries through sharing stories, education, and resources. The Unplug Collective gained recognition from prestigious publications such as British Vogue, US Vogue, Teen Vogue, Forbes, and the CFDA. Prior to their freelance work and founding The Unplug Collective, Amanda worked at Barnard College. Amanda served as a Content Creator from January 2019 to September 2020 and as a Social Media Manager from May 2018 to August 2019.

Amanda Taylor holds a Bachelor's degree in Women's, Gender & Sexuality Studies and Psychology from Barnard College. Prior to attending college, they earned a High School Diploma from The Masters School.
