Shashana Packus

Customer Service Support Manager at InVision Communications

Shashana Packus has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Shashana currently works at InVision Communications, where they started in 2016. Shashana has progressed through different positions, starting as a Client Services Coordinator, then becoming a Project Manager, and later a Client Services Manager. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Client Services Manager.

Before joining InVision Communications, Shashana worked as an English Skills Teacher at SINAV KOLEJİ from September 2015 to June 2016.

Shashana also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Carpe Mundi from November 2014 to September 2015.

Shashana's involvement with Madonna's Center started in November 2013, where they served as a Member of the Board of Directors and also held the role of Community Outreach Coordinator until September 2015.

From March 2011 to August 2015, they worked at Tebo's Restaurant as a Trainer, Waitress, and Cashier.

In 2014, Shashana founded SCOOPS Ice Cream at the Portland Saturday Market as part of their participation in the Entrepreneurial Scholars Program at the University of Portland.

Shashana also gained experience as a Summer Intern at a Kenyan NGO called Foundation for Sustainable Development from June 2014 to August 2014.

Shashana briefly interned as a Brand Management Intern at LOOP New Media GmbH from May 2014 to June 2014.

Lastly, at Little Prinz, Shashana held the role of a Community Outreach Coordinator and was also a Member of the Board of Directors from September 2011 to June 2013.

Shashana Packus earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from the University of Portland, completing their studies from 2011 to 2015.
