Charlie Rutman

Charlie Rutman's work experience begins in 2016 when they worked as a Tennis Court Maintenance employee at Oak Park Tennis Club. In 2016, they also started working as a Violin tutor at Jennifer Capelli Music Studio.

In 2019, Charlie joined CUTCO Cutlery as a Sales Representative, where they completed sales training and exceeded sales goals through effective communication with clients. They continued in this role until September 2019.

In 2020, Charlie began working at Complex Studios as an Audio Producer. They participated in recording sessions with clients, recruited talented artists, and marketed self-produced projects. They held this position until January 2022.

In the same year, Charlie also joined Sigma Chi Fraternity, where they initially served as the Philanthropy Chair from February 2019 to February 2021. They then became the Head of the Wellness Committee, envisioning and developing the committee to combat mental health stigma at the University of Oregon. They strategized objectives, coordinated responsibilities, organized fundraising events, and promoted campus wellness resources through social media. Charlie's tenure at the fraternity ended in June 2022.

Currently, Charlie is working at Invisors as a Workday Analyst and Analyst, starting in June 2022.

Charlie Rutman completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon from 2018 to 2022. Additionally, they obtained a Workday HCM Certification from Workday in August 2022.
