Kristina Staebell

Sales Director, Midwest Region at Invisors

Kristina Staebell has a strong background in human resources and project management. From 2013 to 2019, they served as the Senior Director of HR Shared Services at First National Bank of Omaha, where they led the implementation of the Workday HCM system, resulting in improved HR operations and the elimination of multiple disparate systems. Prior to this role, they held various positions within the company, including Manager of the HR Solution Center and Manager of Information Solutions & Process Optimization. In 2020, they joined Invisors as the Sales Director for the Midwest Region.

Kristina Staebell attended Bellevue University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Communication. Additionally, they obtained several certifications related to Workday, including the Workday Partner Sales Academy certification in April 2022, the Workday HCM Services Core certification in February 2020, the Workday Project Management Certification in February 2020, and another Workday Partner Sales Academy certification in February 2021.
