Mohab Kassem

Mohab Kassem is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the OpEx Learning and Development Transformation Leader at INVISTA since August 2023, Kassem is instrumental in transforming learning capabilities and establishing governance within the organization. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Learning & Development at Velocity Clinical Research, Inc. from 2021 to 2023, where Kassem developed the learning strategy and infrastructure for an effective L&D organization. During a long tenure at Halliburton from 1991 to 2020, Kassem held multiple senior management roles, including Senior Manager of Global Learning and Development, where the focus was on crafting a global vision and strategy, and Senior Manager of Eastern Hemisphere Talent Development, overseeing talent sourcing and development across 16+ countries. Kassem holds a B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, as well as education from The American University in Cairo, Alexandria University, and the University of London.
