Fredrick R. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting as a Telephone Sales Representative at Southwestern Bell Yellow Pages, Inc. in 2003, they then moved on to roles at AT&T and YP, The Real Yellow Pages®. In 2011, they became a Senior Sales Representative at YP, excelling in various sales areas. Transitioning to Thryv in 2015, they achieved significant sales results, earning top national awards and contributing to regional success. Fredrick also served in the US Army as a Military Communications Officer before retiring in 2017. More recently, they worked as an Independent Contractor in Local Business Consulting & Technology Sales and became the New Business Development Director - DNA & Forensics at InVita Healthcare Technologies in 2022.

Fredrick R. completed their Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Purdue University in 1989-1994. Fredrick then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business, and Computer Science from Purdue University Daniels School of Business from 1997-2002. Following this, they attended the U.S. Army Cyber Center of Excellence in 1996-199 and obtained a U.S. Army Signal/Communications Captain's Career Course degree in Leadership and Communication Networks. In 2013-2015, they graduated from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College with an ILE Graduate Degree in Military and Strategic Leadership.
