Callie Murphy

Callie Murphy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital product management and customer experience, currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Digital Products at Invitation Homes since 2020. In this role, Callie leads the digital product strategy and oversees all customer-facing applications and platforms. Prior to Invitation Homes, Callie spent a decade at Hilton in various capacities, including Director of Client Services & Creative Operations, where Callie managed a portfolio of over 50 web applications and delivered custom experiences for luxury properties. Callie's background also includes significant roles in digital experience, optimization, and technical delivery, beginning with an early career as an Account Manager at Aerotek. Callie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations & Advertising from Hardin-Simmons University and holds multiple professional certifications including CSPO, PMP, and PSM.
