Charles D. Young is the current President & COO at Invitation Homes. Prior to this, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Starwood Waypoint Residential Trust from June 2012 to November 2018. Before that, they were with Colony Starwood Homes. Charles has also been with Mesa Development, LLC from August 2003 to June 2012 where they were responsible for several $100M+ projects.

Charles D. Young has a MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Stanford University.
