Michaela Gave CAPS, CAM, is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and leasing. Currently serving as Designated Broker and Vice President of Property Management at Sparrow Single-Family Rental Homes since April 2021, Michaela has previously held various leadership roles at Invitation Homes from March 2014 to April 2021, including Director of Operational Support Property Management & Leasing and Senior Portfolio Director. Notable achievements include a 17% increase in occupancy while managing over 1,300 single-family homes.
