Job description

**Position Overview:**Connectivity Specialists provide comprehensive pre and post-sales support to our sales teams and customers, acting as the subject matter expert in all matters related to Connectivity and Voice services. This pivotal role involves daily interactions with customers, suppliers, Technical Support Representatives (TSDs), and internal sales teams to address inquiries, present solutions, and facilitate seamless communication throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Interface with customers to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and offer solutions that align with their requirements.
  2. Supplier Coordination: Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services and products.
  3. Sales Support: Assist internal sales teams by providing technical expertise, answering queries, and presenting viable options during the sales cycle.
  4. Project Management: Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables related to Connectivity and Voice services.
  5. Contract Management: Review contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with agreements.
  6. Inventory Management: Create and maintain inventory records, track stock levels, and coordinate replenishment as needed.
  7. Billing and Renewals: Conduct bill reviews, track contract renewals, and manage billing discrepancies.
  8. CRM Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  9. Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary advocate for customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Connectivity and Voice services.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in contract review, billing, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
  • A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
