Donna Abrams, SPHR, SHRM- has a comprehensive work experience in the field of HR. Donna started their career as an HR Contractor at Integrity Staffing, Inc. in 2005 and later worked as an HR Generalist at La Jolla Bank and One West Bank.

In 2010, Abrams joined CliniComp, Intl. as an HR Generalist, where they assisted with the administration of HR policies and practices, focusing on benefits and leave administration, employee relations, and recruitment and retention. Donna then transitioned to Integrity Staffing, Inc. as an HR Advisor in 2011, where their responsibilities included delivering HR advisory services and recruiting for specialized positions.

From 2013 to 2015, Abrams worked as an HR Generalist at Pacira Pharmaceuticals, Inc., contributing to the administration of company-wide HR policies and practices.
