Donna Orlando

Donna Orlando, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Donna is currently working as the National Director of Human Resources at Invo HealthCare - Progressus Therapy, a position they have held since 2016. Prior to that, Donna worked at Progressus Therapy from 2005 to 2016, starting as a Human Resources Manager and later becoming a Senior Human Resources Generalist. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the HR function for over 300 employees nationwide and worked closely with the President/CEO. Donna implemented various strategies to improve employee retention, managed the company's benefits program, and handled HR aspects of compensation reviews. Donna also mentored and trained new HR employees and was involved in H1B and Green Card sponsorships. Before joining Progressus Therapy, Donna held various roles in companies such as Pro Tech Monitoring, Peak 10, Z-Tel Communications, NaviPath, CTC Communications, and Global Crossing. Donna'sresponsibilities included marketing coordination, executive support, office coordination, project coordination, and client service representation.

Donna Orlando, PHR, SHRM-CP, obtained an AAS degree in Computer Information Systems from Queensborough Community College of The City University of New York (CUNY) from 1991 to 1993. Donna also holds additional certifications, including Professional in Human Resources (PHR) obtained in July 2019, SHRM-CP obtained in July 2015, and PHR obtained in 2012.
