Beatrice Casanova has a diverse work experience in product management and marketing roles. Beatrice'smost recent role was as the Vice President of Product Management at Invoca, starting in 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Product Management, Conversational Cloud AI at LivePerson from 2022 to 2023. Beatrice also held the position of Sr. Director Product Management at Five9 from 2019 to 2022, where they oversaw the Global Voice product portfolio. Earlier in their career, Beatrice had various roles at companies such as Cisco, Plantronics, Bell Sports, Instill, Bigwords.com, Fogdog.com, and Evian Water. Beatrice Casanova received their French Baccalaureate with the highest honors in 1993. Beatrice then pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration at ESSEC Business School from 1993 to 1996. Following that, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing at ESSEC Business School from 1996 to 1998. In 2023, they attended executive management classes at Stanford Continuing Studies.
