Jonathon Byrd

Jonathon Byrd has extensive work experience in the Solutions and Delivery field. Jonathon is currently the Vice President of Solutions and Delivery at Invoca since May 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at DialogTech, starting as a Customer Support Specialist in May 2012 and working their way up to Customer Success Director, Senior Director, and then Vice President of Solutions and Delivery. Their roles at DialogTech spanned from January 2013 to October 2020.

Jonathon Byrd holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management from Loyola University Chicago. Jonathon also has a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Illinois State University and an Associate's degree in Business from Rock Valley College. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including Adobe Analytics: Reports & Analytics User from Adobe Direct-Americas-West, Bing Ads Accredited Professional from Microsoft, Google Analytics IQ from Google in September 2013, and Google AdWords from Google in August 2013.
