Cindy O'Donnell

Cindy O'Donnell has extensive experience in executive support roles, currently serving as Executive Assistant to the CEO, CFO, CPO, and GC at InvoiceCloud, Inc. since October 2020. Prior to this position, Cindy worked at EngageSmart as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, CFO, and GC from October 2020 to April 2024. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to the Co-Founders and CEO at Credit Benchmark from January 2019 to March 2020, and at BISAM, a FactSet Company, in various roles including Executive Assistant and Human Resources Administrator from January 2014 to January 2019. Cindy's earlier career includes a position as Executive Assistant at Aquiline Capital Partners from September 2006 to January 2014 and as Assistant Vice President and Administrative Manager at Putnam Investments from January 2001 to September 2006.
