Derek Herzer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Derek most recently worked as a Business Analyst at INVOKE starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Client Success at MPX from January 2022 to October 2022. From February 2021 to January 2022, Derek worked as a Business Operations Specialist at Payscout. Additionally, they held the role of Team Leader - Account Relationship Managers at Synergent from March 2020 to December 2021.

Derek also has a strong background in customer service and technical operations. Derek worked at EVO Payments, Inc. from 2016 to 2020, where they held various roles including Manager, Customer Service and Retention, Supervisor, E-commerce Customer Service, Team Lead, Escalations/Technical Operations, and Technical Operations Representative.

In addition to their professional experience, Derek has a passion for music. Derek Herzer attended Western Michigan University from 2006 to 2010, but it is unclear whether they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study during that time. Derek later pursued a Master of Music at the University of Southern Maine from 2011 to 2013 in the field of Music.
