Micaël Lemelin

Micaela Barreto is an experienced professional with expertise in Scrum methodologies and project management. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at ASML since May 2023, Micaela previously held the same title at Johnson & Johnson for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included leading a team dedicated to Payroll and HR applications, establishing processes, and facilitating clear communication with stakeholders. Micaela also has a background in administrative support, having worked as an Executive Management Assistant at Johnson & Johnson and in various roles focused on customer service and internal sales. Micaela holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Paulista and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Project Management.
