Pierre-Olivier CLEMENT is a seasoned level designer currently serving as Principal Level Designer at Invoke Studios since February 2025, previously holding the same title at People Can Fly Studio from October 2023 to December 2024, where experience included open world design and gameplay research using Unreal Engine 5. Prior to this, Pierre-Olivier worked at Ubisoft Montréal for over seven years, progressing from Senior Level Designer to Level Design Associate Director and then Director, overseeing level design for AAA franchises while coordinating with various departments and supervising design teams. Additional experience includes serving as Gameplay Captain at Execution Labs in 2015 and co-founding Silver Dice, where responsibilities encompassed creative direction across multiple game development aspects. Pierre-Olivier holds an educational background from Université Pierre Mendès-France (Grenoble II).
