Mark Cooley

Mark Cooley has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Summer Camp Counselor and Area Director at Boy Scouts of America from 1993 to 1997. Mark then joined OfficeMax as an Electronics Department Supervisor from 1997 to 2005. Following that, they worked at Mahoning County Career and Technical Center as a Technology Instructor from 2004 to 2019. From there, they joined Involta, where they held several positions including Field Service Manager, Service Desk Manager, Director of Quality Assurance, Process Manager, Risk and Compliance Manager, Director of Compliance, and currently serves as Vice President of Security & Compliance since July 2021.

Mark Cooley attended Youngstown State University from 2000 to 2002, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer Science. Mark also enrolled in the same university for an unspecified period in 2002, where they continued their studies in Computer Science. Before that, from 1995 to 1998, Mark Cooley attended The Ohio State University, where they pursued Computer Science without completing a degree. Additionally, Mark Cooley obtained certifications, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in November 2020, and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA in October 2019.
