Ron Capistrano, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to 2022. From 2006 to 2008, Ron worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at LRN, followed by a role as Human Resources Coordinator at Bare Escentuals, Inc. from 2008 to 2009. In 2009, Ron worked as a Benefits Coordinator at Heald College and then as a Temporary Administrative Manager at Streetside Stories in 2013. From 2014 to 2019, Ron worked as a Pastry at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. During this time, they managed the production of the property's in-room dining pastry menu, trained the culinary staff of 30, and partnered with different departments to plan and execute personalized guest experiences.
