Uma S. Devireddy has a diverse work experience in various industries. Uma S. started their career in 2000 as the Head of Training and Development at ICICI Prudential before moving on to a similar role at Aviva USA in 2002. Uma S. then served as the Vice President of Training and Development at Lucid Technologies, Inc from 2005 to 2010, where they focused on building academic training programs for small-to-medium business clients. After that, they worked as a Lead Consultant for SharePoint at Six Flags, overseeing the company-wide content management system migration. In 2012, they joined GM Financial as the Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Digital Operations, where they primarily focused on stakeholder communication and change management. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant at INvolve - The Inclusion People starting in 2022.
