Justin Richardson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Justin started their career as a Co-op Manufacturing Engineer at Ethicon in 1995. Justin then transitioned to Ford Motor Company in 1999, where they worked as a Design & Release Engineer, overseeing various aspects of vehicle product development. In 2006, they joined Rubbermaid Commercial Products as a Senior Product Engineer, leading a successful project to develop and launch a new cleaning and disinfecting system. In 2008, they joined InVue as a Senior Project Engineer and later took on the role of Engineering Manager, Brands Engineering. Throughout their career, Justin has demonstrated strong leadership skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with international suppliers and teams.

Justin Richardson has an education history in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Justin attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.
