Letícia Perez has 10 years of experience in executive search and assessment of executives in C-level positions and Board of Directors. Throughout his career, he has worked in several economic sectors, with emphasis on private equity funds and listed companies.

She started her career as a researcher at Russell Reynolds Associates for the Technology, Private Equity and CEO & Board Services practices, was an associate at Spencer Stuart with a focus on CEO & Board Services and, more recently, served as Head of Management & People at Omega, a company of renewable energy invested by Tarpon and Warburg Pincus. She holds a degree in International Relations from ESPM.
