Kavita Sheonarain

Kavita Sheonarain possesses extensive experience in management and recruitment, currently serving as a Fieldmanager and Project Manager at InWork B.V. since November 2017. Previously, Kavita held the position of Teamleider at Klant Contact Services, Achmea, from May 2013 to November 2017, where responsibilities included coaching and motivating a team of 20 and overseeing recruitment processes for the hiring of 650 customer contact specialists. Earlier in the career, Kavita worked at AEGON Nederland from 2005 to December 2012 in various roles including Supervisor/Teamleider and Coördinator Opleidingen en W&S. Kavita holds a Bachelor of Science in Personnel and Labor from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2006.
