Cheryl Fichter

Cheryl Fichter currently serves as the Director of Partnerships at Inworld AI, a role assumed in November 2023, having previously held positions such as Head of Partnerships and Senior Partner Manager. Prior to this, Cheryl Fichter was with M12, Microsoft's Venture Fund, from March 2022 to October 2023, focusing on web3, metaverse, and gaming investments as a Sr. Portfolio Development Manager. Additional experience includes serving as a Board Observer at Candy Digital, and leading strategic initiatives at Microsoft from July 2018 to March 2022 as a Senior Technical Strategist. Cheryl Fichter also contributed to the graphic design and NFT projects at re—inc in 2021, held leadership roles in the Society of Women Engineers, and completed internships at Chevron, Morgan Stanley, and Pacific Gas and Electric Company. Cheryl Fichter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
