Debra Tjoa

Debra Tjoa serves as the Director of UX Design at Inxeption since July 2019, where responsibilities include managing a team of UX designers, overseeing high-visibility projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance product solutions. Notable contributions include leading a buyer initiative that significantly improved payment and shipping processes. Previous experience includes roles as Principal UX Designer at Veracode and CA Technologies, and Senior UX Designer at SourceClear, among others. Debra was also actively involved with Lakeshore Elementary School's PTA, where as Fundraising Chair, initiatives successfully increased annual fundraising from $100K to $160K. Debra holds an M.S. in Geology from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in Geology from Cornell University.
