Rhonda Dibachi is a business executive, entrepreneur and author. She was the co-founder and former CEO of Noribachi, a custom LED lighting manufacturer. She also co-founded Niku Corporation, an infrastructure productivity software provider, and prior to that, she worked for the online grocery delivery service Webvan. Rhonda began her career at General Electric, and she worked as a manufacturing management consultant for Arthur Young. From 1989 to 1996, she worked for Oracle Corporation in positions such as architect, development manager, and director of testing for Oracle's manufacturing applications. Rhonda graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in nuclear engineering. Later, she attended Santa Clara University where she received her M.B.A. in 1987.
