Landon Miller

Head of Customer Success & Growth at Inzata Analytics

Landon M. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2009, they worked for iPass as a Technical Account Manager/Sr. Network Engineer. Landon then moved on to UBS in 2013, where they served as a Director - Global Service Delivery until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, Landon held the position of Sr. Director - Infrastructure, Operations, and Cloud Services at Change Healthcare. Landon then joined SmileDirectClub as Sr. Director Digital Workplace and Enterprise Technology, where they worked until 2021. In the same year, Landon became the Head of Customer Success for Ayehu, which was later acquired by Resolve. In 2021, they founded their own company, IntelliZen Consulting. Currently, Landon is the Head of Growth and Customer Success at Inzata Analytics.

Landon M. began their education at Centennial High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma from 2000 to 2004. After completing high school, they attended SAE Institute North America from 2005 to 2007, specializing in Audio Engineering. Landon also holds several additional certifications, including an Agile Expert Certificate of Proficiency obtained in October 2018, Agile Portfolio and Program Management (ICP-PPM) from Global Knowledge obtained in March 2018, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance obtained in July 2019, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) from Pearson VUE obtained in September 2011, and Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) from Pearson VUE obtained in June 2009.
