Rich Havercroft

Rich Havercroft serves as the People Director at Inzpire Ltd, an award-winning provider of products and services to the Defence sector, since June 2020. Prior to this role, Rich held the position of Station Commander's Executive Officer at RAF Wittering for six months and previously contributed significantly to Inzpire Limited as Head of Support Services from 2012 to 2019, aiding the company's growth from a small enterprise to a substantial organization. Rich’s extensive experience in the Royal Air Force includes roles in strategic learning and development, HR management, and various administrative positions, showcasing a strong background in leadership, organizational change, and personnel development. Educational qualifications include Chartered Member and Fellow status in CIPD, a Certificate in Company Direction from the IoD, and several additional certifications related to business continuity, information security, and health and safety.
