Tobias Hill

Tobias Hill is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in tech and engineering talent management across the EMEA region, currently serving as Lead Director at iO Associates and its parent company, PRG Precision Resource Group. Since July 2016, Tobias has focused on delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term recruitment partnerships, moving away from traditional KPI measures. Prior to this role, significant contributions were made at Computer Futures from 2008 to 2016, culminating in a position as Senior Sales Manager, as well as achieving top consultant status in the embedded systems market. Tobias also undertook a career break travelling in Asia while serving a non-compete clause. Academic credentials include a 2.1 BA (Hons) in Marketing from the University of the West of England.
