Director Of Business Operations at IO Connect Services

Lorena Freese has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as Event Manager at PRISM - Public Relations & International Sports Marketing in 2002. In this role, they developed sports marketing plans and coordinated logistics for clients, as well as managed product launches. Lorena then moved on to Production Coordinator at PRISM, where they planned events and audiovisual projects for the Internal Communications Department of the company's main client. In 2007, they began working at don Quijote Salamanca S.L. as Business Office Manager and Home Office Liaison. Her roles included directing the Booking and Administrative departments of the U.S. operations, as well as coordinating the reorganization of the company's U.S. representation. In 2011, they joined GroupM as Operations Manager, where they created and implemented an effective project management system and process, managed globally distributed teams, and worked with the Managing Director and Product Owners to identify and solve issues. Most recently, Lorena worked at Seniorlink as Program Manager from 2017 to 2019, before taking on their current role as Director Of Business Operations at IO Connect Services.

Lorena Freese received a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Project Management from The University of Dallas in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science - MS in Communications from Universidad Complutense de Madrid between 1996 and 2001. Lorena also attended Deutsche Schule Madrid. In 2017, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance.
