Melissa Mason

Melissa Mason serves as the Director of Business Operations and Chief Administrative Officer for the Legal & Compliance Group at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since March 2025. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of Director of Legal Operations and Strategy at McKinsey & Company from February 2019 to March 2025. Melissa's earlier experience includes serving as the Litigation Practice Group Director at Dechert LLP from January 2015 to February 2019 and as the Corporate Practice Group Administrator at Kaye Scholer LLP from November 2012 to January 2015. Melissa's educational background includes an Executive Education certification in Effective Execution of Organizational Strategy from The Wharton School and a Master’s of Professional Studies in Law Firm Management from The George Washington University.
