Anne Louise Hyttel Kiaer is a seasoned HR professional with a robust background in people and culture initiatives across various global organizations. Currently serving as HR Director at IO Interactive since August 2024, Kiaer previously operated as a self-employed management consultant focusing on strategic People & Culture development from January to July 2024. From April 2020 to December 2023, Kiaer held the role of HR Director at Bruun & Hjejle Advokatpartnerselskab, where significant people strategy projects were led.
