About

The board of directors at IOActive has a history of experience with technology and software companies, as well as holding positions in information security. Three previous board members come from InterVenn Biosciences, Zoom, and Aryaka Networks, where they respectively held the positions of Chief Information & Security Officer, Head of Security Operations, and Chief Information Security Officer. Other companies represented include FINVAULT UAE, SatoshiPoint, and Come. Educational backgrounds for the board members include degrees from The Wharton School, University of Phoenix in Business Administration and Computer Science.
