Nicola Olivetti has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2002, they began their career as a Junior Analyst Intern at Dexia Credit Local. From 2006 to 2008, Nicola worked as an Account Manager and Responsable Clientele at Air Liquide Santé France. In 2008, they joined Productivity Group Europe as a Senior Consultant in Lean Six Sigma and Operational Excellence, where they worked until 2013. From 2013 to 2016, Nicola worked at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants as a Senior Consultant. In 2016, they became the Transformation Leader for the SHIFT program at Nexans. Since 2017, Nicola has been working at iObeya as the Lean and Industry 4.0 Program Director.
Nicola Olivetti pursued their education in a sequential manner. From 1998 to 2006, they attended Politecnico di Milano and obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Robotics. In 2000 to 2002, they then furthered their studies and earned a Master's degree in Engineering from CentraleSupélec. Additionally, in 2004 and 2005, Nicola pursued a Master's degree in Impact Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Prior to their university education, they completed their high school education at Scuola Navale Militare "F.Morosini" from 1995 to 1998.
On top of their educational qualifications, Nicola also obtained several certifications. In May 2011, they accomplished the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Furthermore, they acquired the Cambridge Proficiency in English certification from Cambridge University. Additionally, Nicola completed training in Leading SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework for enterprises) provided by SAFe.
