Yosra Kobtane has a diverse work experience in the software industry. From February 2015 to February 2019, they worked as a Software Quality Lead at iObeya, where they were responsible for preparing the work environment, identifying and reporting defects and issues, developing and executing manual test plans, and providing feedback on software design and requirements. yosra also validated functionalities and patches.

From February 2019 to October 2020, Yosra worked on the iObeya Mobile project as a Senior QA Engineer. yosra'sresponsibilities included analyzing and reporting software defects, identifying quality problems and finding solutions, participating in planning and estimating test efforts, automating UI tests for iOS applications, and contributing to continuous improvement of quality assurance processes.

Since October 2020, they have continued working at iObeya, focusing on developing and maintaining documentation for test procedures, test results, and software defects. Additionally, they coach and trains team members on quality assurance and testing practices, launches and analyzes automated test campaigns and smoke tests, identifies quality issues and provides solutions, automates test cases, and automates functional tests for a REST API as well as end-to-end regression tests.

Since October 2021, Yosra holds the position of Lead QA at iObeya, where they are responsible for developing and maintaining the overall quality strategy of the organization, establishing and maintaining quality standards and procedures across teams and products, and identifying and implementing best practices in testing, quality assurance, and quality control.

Yosra Kobtane attended the Institut supérieur d'informatique from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Diplome universitaire de technologie (DUT) in Technologie et système d'information et de communication. Following that, from 2009 to 2012, Yosra enrolled at Université libre de Tunis and completed a Diplome national d'ingénieur in Génie Informatique. In terms of certifications, Yosra obtained the ISTQB Foundation Level certification from GASQ in March 2018 and the ISTQB - Advanced Level Test Analyst certification from GASQ in March 2023.
