Annelies van Winkel

Annelies Van Winkel is an experienced HR Operations lead at iO since May 2021, focusing on People Operations during a transition period for the Belgium branch. Annelies has previously held multiple roles at iO, including Operations Lead in Antwerp and various leadership roles in marketing, managing teams and implementing marketing strategies within a restructured environment. Prior to joining iO, Annelies worked at VELUX as an Account Manager and Digital Brand Manager, with a focus on B2B communication, and held several positions at L'Oréal, specializing in trade marketing for luxury brands. Annelies holds a bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics and Applied Economics from KU Leuven and Hogeschool Universiteit Brussel, respectively, and completed high school with an International Baccalaureate at Zürich International School.
