Lawrence Lau is a seasoned professional in construction contract management with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Manager at IOI Properties Group Berhad since May 2019, Lawrence has progressed through various roles within the company, including Assistant Manager and Senior Executive in Contracts. Previous experience includes a position as Senior Executive in Supply Chain & Contracts Management at Sunway Property and as an Executive in Contracts Administration at S P Setia. Lawrence's early career featured roles as a Quantity Surveyor at Surbana International Consultants and as a Project Assistant, followed by an internship at Perunding PCT Sdn. Bhd. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Construction Contract Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Quantity Surveying from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, and a Diploma in Technology in Building Architecture from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology.
