Lee Yeow Seng

Lee Yeow Seng is the Executive Vice Chairman of IOI Properties Group Berhad (“IOIPG”).

He was appointed to the Board of IOIPG on 25 February 2013 as Executive Director. He previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer of IOIPG from 8 January 2014 until 14 April 2020.

Lee Yeow Seng is a barrister-at-law from the Bar of England & Wales by Inner Temple and holds a LLB (Honours) from King’s College London. He has served at the London and Singapore offices of a leading international financial services group for approximately two (2) years.

Since joining IOI Group, he had been actively involved in corporate affairs and general management within IOI Group prior to the demerger and listing of IOIPG. As the Executive Vice Chairman of the Group, he is responsible for the formulation of high-level strategies of the Group and together with the Chief Executive Officer, in sustaining the overall growth of the Group.

Lee Yeow Seng is a Chairman of IOIPG’s Employees’ Share Option Scheme. He is also presently a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of IOI Corporation Berhad.
