Shannon Dahl is a highly accomplished leader in the biotech sector with extensive experience in scientific and business roles. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Carve Bio, Shannon leads a consulting firm specializing in fractional CSO and strategic consulting services focused on immunology and cell & gene therapy. Furthermore, Shannon serves as Chief Scientific Officer for both Iolyx Therapeutics and Laguna Bio, directing scientific initiatives and contributing to innovative immunotherapy development, respectively. Additional advisory and board positions include roles at Digitalis Commons, Strand Therapeutics, HepaTx Corporation, and Epic Bio, among others. Shannon holds a S.B. in Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University, complemented by executive governance training from The George Washington University.
