Tim Smith

Tim Smith has accumulated over 30 years of work experience in the technology industry. Tim began their career in 1992 as a Principal at American Management Systems (AMS). Tim then moved on to become a Director at SmartForce in 1999, followed by a Vice President role at CGS, Inc. in 2002. In 2003, they took on the role of Vice President at ManTech International, where they provided solutions to the Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Army, and Intel community. In 2009, they became Vice President of Client Services at OnPoint, where they were responsible for the delivery of all services, solutions and technologies to OnPoint’s customers. In 2014, following the acquisition of OnPoint by Publicis Sapient, they became a Sapient Vice President, responsible for the integration of OnPoint into Sapient and leading a business unit focused on federal/civilian/DoD IT Services. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer at IOMAXIS, a technology company that develops innovative solutions in Communications, Computing, and Cyber.

Tim Smith attended Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree. In 1999, they completed a Master's Certificate in Organizational Development and Change Management from Georgetown University.
