Tracie Haskins has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources. Tracie began their career in 1989 as HR Manager at Russel Toyota. In this role, they provided strong administrative support to the dealership comptroller, maintained confidentiality of all payroll records, maintained accurate employee files, processed bi-weekly payroll, and processed and submitted garnishment withholding. In 1992, they moved to CBIZ - M.T. Donahoe & Associates, LLC, where they served as an Executive Administrative Assistant and maintained office inventory, resolved vendor problems, and built strong rapport with key representatives from outside vendors. In 2006, they became the Business Owner of Almost Family Home Child Care, where they were solely and directly responsible for the human resource functions, including recruitment, hiring compensation, benefits services, and training programs. Tracie also collaborated with the legal and finance departments to resolve and manage complex grievances, arbitration, and human resources issues. Finally, in 2015, they became a Substitute Teacher at Fredericksburg City Schools.
Tracie Haskins obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Early Childhood Education from Walden University between 2009 and 2014. Tracie then went on to obtain their Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Walden University between 2015 and 2017.
