Josep Sanjuas

Josep Sanjuas is the current Chief Technical Officer at Iomob Technology Services. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Engineering at Talaia from January 2017 to January 2018, and as the company's CEO from January 2014 to January 2017. Josep was also the Chief Technical Officer at Talaia from January 2013 to January 2014, and a researcher at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from January 2012 to May 2013, where they led the design and implementation of a network monitoring system. Josep Sanjuas obtained their PhD from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2012, with a thesis titled "Efficient Algorithms for Passive Network Measurement", co-directed by Pere Barlet-Ros and Josep Solé-Pareta. Josep has also done research internships at Intel Labs in Berkeley, CA (May 2008 to July 2008) and Intel Research in Cambridge, UK (January 2006 to January 2006).

Josep Sanjuas has a PhD in Computer Architecture, Networks and Systems from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, as well as an MSc in Computer Science from the same school. Josep also has a certification from Interchain GmbH in Cosmos / Interchain Developer, and another from ConsenSys in Ethereum Developer. Finally, they have a certification from B9lab Academy in Ethereum Developer.
