Lucie Egelseer

Lucie Egelseer has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Bank Accountant at Sparkasse Erlangen in 2011. Lucie then served as a Human Resources Intern at Pasona Group Inc. Global Network in 2016, followed by a Human Resources Trainee role at OSRAM in 2017. From 2018 to 2021, Lucie worked at MorphoSys in various roles, including Talent Development Manager, Senior Specialist Talent Development, Human Resources Specialist, and Team Assistant Human Resources (external). Currently, Lucie is the Head of People & Operations at iOmx Therapeutics AG.

Lucie Egelseer has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Studies from the University of Applied Sciences Regensburg, which they obtained between 2015 and 2018. Lucie also completed a Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General program at the Tokyo University of Science between 2016 and 2017. In 2016, Lucie attended the Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen for an International Business School program. Lucie began their education in 2008 when they completed an Apprenticeship as a Bank Business Management Assistant at Sparkasse Erlangen. Additionally, Lucie has a certification in International Decision-Making and Responsibility, which they obtained in September 2014.
