James S.

James S. has extensive experience in military leadership and management, having served as Site Manager at IBA since May 2022. Prior to this role, James held the position of Doctrine Analyst/Writer at the United States Department of Defense from October 2019 to May 2022. A dedicated member of the US Army for over two decades, James's roles included Deputy Program Manager for the Personnel Recovery Proponent, Assistant Professor of Military Science, Senior Technical Advisor, Senior Operations Manager, and Training Instructor. Throughout the career, responsibilities included managing personnel, training future Army Officers, overseeing intelligence operations, and instructing soldiers in critical military skills. James obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Homeland Security from American Military University.
