Sophie Roberto

Sophie ROBERTO is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project coordination and operational planning within the aerospace and customer service sectors. Currently serving as Customer Project Coordination Manager at IBA since February 2016, Sophie has also held roles including Service Development Manager and Central Planning Associate, specializing in demand review and operational plans. Prior to IBA, experience at Techspace Aero involved project engineering for aerospace components, budget management, and crisis management. Additionally, roles at Cryoptima and THALES SYSTEMES AEROPORTES SAS included managing after-sales service and supplier performance, respectively. Sophie's educational background includes a Master's degree in International Business from RMIT University and a Master's in Supply Chain Management from Bordeaux Ecole de Management.
