Sylvain Savaria

Sylvain Savaria has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Sylvain started their career in 1988 as a Manager Applications and Sales at Canadian Marconi Company, where they worked until 1996. Sylvain then served as VP Engineering at Orthosoft from 1996 to 1999. Following that, they joined the Business Development Bank of Canada in 1999 as Director of Venture Capital, a role they held until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, Sylvain worked as a Business Development Professional at a consulting firm. In 2013, they joined IBA as an Area Sales Manager for RadioPharma, and later became the Vice President of Sales in 2017.

Sylvain Savaria obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal in the period of 1984-1988. Sylvain then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Wireless Telecommunications from Polytechnique Montréal, completing it between 1999 and 2001.
