Rajesh Srivastava

Rajesh Srivastava is currently serving as President and CHRO at Ion Exchange India Ltd, where responsibility includes leading the HR agenda to enhance organizational growth and culture since April 2025. Prior to this role, Rajesh held the position of President and CHRO at Welspun India Limited from August 2022 to October 2024, where HR initiatives and leadership programs were spearheaded to drive organizational success.
