Daniela Fraide

Daniela Fraide has a strong background in talent acquisition and people operations. Daniela started their career in 2016 at CEVA Logistics, where they served in various roles including HR Coordinator, Inplant HR, and HRD Trainer. Daniela then moved on to OPI Analytics in 2020, where they worked as a Tech Talent Acquisition and Head of People. In 2022, they joined Kavak.com as a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist and was responsible for talent attraction, retention, and policy creation. More recently, in 2023, they worked at Bluetab América, an IBM Company, as a Tech Talent Acquisition professional. Currently, they are serving as a People Operations Manager at ION Financiera.

Daniela Fraide began their education in 2015 at the Universidad Tecnológica de México, where they studied Psychology. Daniela completed their studies in this field in 2018. In 2020, they went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the same institution, focusing on Administration and Business Management. Daniela is expected to complete their MBA in 2022.
