Tim Johnston has extensive experience in technical support and operations, currently serving as Director of Support Ops at ION Geophysical since October 2006, with prior roles including Support Operations Manager and Support Manager. Tim's career began as a Systems Engineer at Marex Technology Ltd. from 1992 to 1996, followed by a Support Engineer position at One2One Ltd., and a Senior Analyst/Programmer role at Convergys, where significant contributions included onsite installation and support for a Customer Care and Billing System in Lisbon. Between 2000 and 2006, Tim worked as a Senior Technical Consultant at CopperEye. Tim holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Enterprise Systems Development from Glasgow Caledonian University.
